Yesterday, we filed a blue tax return for the dormant company with the Hiratsuka Tax Office.
The dormant company is not required to file a blue tax return, but this is a measure to maintain a blue tax return and tax loss carryforward deduction of up to seven years.
As it is, for this reason, it is stupid to ask a tax accountant, so I created a tax return and financial statements myself again this year. (..;)
